Kaushik has worked in the skill development and employability sector in India for more than 5 years as a part of the start-up team of B-ABLE, setting-up the organization’s first training center in Dehradun and then scaling up company operations to multiple states. Kaushik is from Hyderabad and has earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees from IIT Kharagpur. He is now pursuing his MBA from Columbia School of Business. He is also an Acumen India Fellow 2014.
